Fars flûtes

Opskriften giver 6 flutes.

  • 6 dl lunkent vand
  • 50 g gær
  • Salt
  • 100 g grahamsmel
  • 750 g hvedemel – måske mere

Gær røres ud i vandet, salt tilsættes og til slut mel. Dejen skal kunne formes til flutes med hænderne.

Dejen hæver i 30 minutter.

Flutsene bager i 15 minutter ved 225*C.
